My career spans commercial leadership, non‑profit strategy, and social‑impact work, underpinned by a triple‑accredited (ICF, AC, EMCC) diploma in coaching and positive psychology. I’ve spent three decades leading teams, navigating organisational change, and supporting people through moments of transition, challenge, and opportunity.

Clients describe my style as warm, grounded, and practical—combining reflective space with positive and constructive challenge. I believe leadership is both strategic and deeply human. When people understand their strengths, reconnect with purpose, and feel supported to grow, they create extraordinary impact for themselves, their teams, and their organisations.

Career & Experience

Having led and supported teams in both commercial and charity settings, I bring a uniquely broad perspective on leadership, performance, income generation, and organisational culture and change.

Commercial foundations

I began my career in media and publishing, where I developed a strong business and marketing skillset — understanding audiences, driving revenue, and building strategic partnerships. This shaped my ability to think commercially, communicate clearly, and lead relationally and creatively.

Charity sector leadership

For the past 20 years, I’ve held senior leadership roles at some of the UK’s most respected charities addressing major societal, environmental, and health challenges, including Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, Shelter, the British Red Cross, and Bowel Cancer UK.

My work has consistently focused on strategic growth, team leadership, culture development, and delivering meaningful social impact.

Most recently, I spent 12 years as Director of Income at Bowel Cancer UK, serving on the executive team and collaborating with a national team to drive sustained strategic growth, lead a brand review and relaunch, support a successful organisational merger, and strengthen culture, leadership, and long‑term resilience.
